Step 1: Book Your Slot
Select male or female practitioner based on your gender (males treat males and females treat females). Choose an appointment time from our Tuesday or Sunday Clinic.
Step 2: Consultation
Your practitioner will discuss your health concerns and explain the Hijama procedure in detail. Please come in Wudhu. Do not eat for 2-3 hours before your appointment. You should be empty stomach. Stay well hydrated. Let us know if you are Diabetic, taking bloodthinners, pregnant, menstruating, aneamic or have any seizure or blood disorders.
Step 3: Treatment
The first Hijama session is 1 hour. Follow up sessions are 45 mins in a private, comfortable treatment room. You will feel feel relaxed, refreshed and pain free after the session.

Most Clients report minimal discomfort. You may feel a slight pinch during the incision and pulling sensation from the suction, but the process is generally well-tolerated. Our practitioners work at your pace to ensure you're comfortable throughout.
A typical session lasts 45-60 minutes, including consultation, treatment, and aftercare instructions. Please allow up to an hour for your first visit.
- DO NOT eat food for 2-3 hours before Hijama. Come on an empty stomach.

- All equipment is sterile and single-use
- Disposable cups and blades (never reused)
- Treatment rooms sanitized between each client and Practitioners wear gloves throughout the Hijama session.
